Cross-platform game Disney Dreamlight Valley coming to PlayStation on August 21

This restriction is finally about to be lifted as part of the Disney’s Valley of the Light of Dreams Dapper Delights Update. The next patch will introduce cross-platform play for PS4 and PS5, thus putting the PlayStation version of the game on par with its other versions. Dapper Delights is scheduled to launch on Wednesday, August 21, although the exact launch time has not yet been announced.

Cross-platform play won’t change anything about the startup mechanics Disney’s Valley of the Light of Dreamsof multiplayer, but simply expands the set of available valleys that everyone can visit. Players who have not yet dabbled in the game’s multiplayer mode must first unlock Vanellope to do so. He Wreck-It Ralph The protagonist will then provide them with a quest called Valley Visits, which begins with the player giving him the Valley Visit Station KL-1200. This decoration item must be placed anywhere outdoors in the Valley through the Furniture menu. Doing so will complete Vanellope’s mission and enable multiplayer.

Disney Dreamlight Valley’s multiplayer is still quite limited

If we look at the rumors on social media about this upcoming change, we can see that they range from mild enthusiasm to indifference. While the ability to visit even more players is a positive addition all around, Disney’s Valley of the Light of DreamsMultiplayer isn’t exactly one of the game’s most popular features. This is largely because the mode offers fairly little functionality, to the point that wandering around other people’s worlds is pretty much all there is to it. Given this situation, multiplayer is used today largely to perform Disney’s Valley of the Light of Dreams item trading.

The cross-platform game for PlayStation consoles is far from the only new addition to arrive with the debut of Dapper Delights. The game’s next major patch will also introduce another character in the form of Tiana, the protagonist of The princess and the frog. Tiana’s restaurant and food stall will also be part of the package, along with a new Roaring Twenties-inspired Star Path. The next Disney’s Valley of the Light of Dreams The update will also expand the inventory of Scrooge McDuck’s Store and introduce new types of furniture and more quality of life improvements, such as the ability to favorite and hide items, among other new features.
