Genshin Impact 5.2: Chasca Kit Explanation
The Nightsoul Blessing status allows Chasca to mount the “Spectral Spear: Ritual Staff”, causing it to float above the ground and gain increased movement speed and interruption resistance, similar to Genshin ImpactThe vagabond Chasca will perform “multi-target” attacks when using normal or charged attacks. Upon tapping his normal attack, he will deal Nightsoul-aligned Anemo damage to enemies. Using the charged attack will cause Chasca to charge his weapon and target multiple enemies. After charging, it can fire up to six bolts at targets.
Chasca’s Elemental Burst causes him to fire additional bolts, dealing AoE damage to Nightsoul-aligned Anemo. Upon hitting their targets, these beams split into smaller particles, dealing damage to nearby enemies. Soul Seeker’s beam damage will be converted into different types of elemental damage, depending on the members of Chasca’s party. Since both his ability and burst are highly offensive, it suggests that Chasca will be a new DPS character in Genshin Impact.
It should be noted that the official release of Chasca is still at least six weeks away, meaning HoYoverse has plenty of time to make adjustments to its kit. Based on the usual update schedule, travelers can expect Genshin Impact Version 5.2 will be out around November 20th.
