However, finding them may be trickier than you think, so our goal is to help you find them, call them, and deal with the secret boss at the end of this mission.
Where are the three bells of Black Myth Wukong?
As mentioned, there are three bells that players will need to ring to complete this quest and unlock a secret area known as the Guanyin Ancient Temple.
These are scattered throughout the Black Mountain area that constitutes the first chapter of the game, and the location of each one is as follows:
The first bell
The first bell can be found. closest to the ‘Out of the Forest’ Sanctuary. This is the same area where you will have fought (or perhaps fled) the Wandering Wight if you need a reminder.
If you head to the right of this area it will take you towards Gaungmou, but if you explore the left side of this open area you will encounter General Guangzhi.
This is a tough flame-based physical attacker, but one that can be dealt with early on or revisited later for an easier fight. This boss is one of the few that is not necessary to progress.so we recommend that you do this last if you are going through a difficult time.
After defeating them, you will find the first bell just behind the immediate boss area, and players will also Gain access to a cool transformation spell called Red Tides.a great early addition to your arsenal.
The second bell
The second bell is located closer to the Snake Trail Shrine. Players will need to work through the area with poisonous lizards and skeleton lizards before reaching the area where they will fight Guangmou.
Guangmou is a tough fight that will force you to study its projectile attacks and avoid its snake army and poison attacks.
However, if you manage to defeat them, you will gain a spiritual transformation that will allow you to command your own army of snakes. Additionally, you can ring the doorbell. just up the stairs from where you will have fought this powerful snake charmer.
The third bell
There’s only one more bell left. This one is located closer to the White Mist Marsh Sanctuary.and can only be accessed after having defeated the white-robed Nobleman.
It’s a very tough boss with two phases, but if you take the time to improve your pumpkin and gain access to the pillar postureeventually you should defeat this powerful boss.
After defeating them, you must avoid going through the opening ahead and instead, Direct your attention to the hidden path to your left.
This will take you to an area where there appears to be a Yao Guai hanging from a tree, and nearby you will find the third and final bell, and by ringing this bell you will be transported to a secret area.
Preparing for Elder Jinchi
When you reach the Guanyin Ancient Temple, you will be able to activate a nearby shrine and you will also be able to access three nearby chests that will give you some useful items, including a bunch of Will that could be used to upgrade equipment sooner. this fight.

Sorry, we are closed.
Ideally, you’ll want to make sure you have the Twin Serpent Staff for this fight, and you’ll want to make sure you have access to a decent armor set. Then, if you have access to useful Curios like the agate jar or the cat’s eye beads, be sure to equip them as well.
Further, It is very useful to have access to the Cloud Step spell for this fight. Also, which will require you to defeat the Black Wind King.
How to defeat Elder Jinchi
To fully complete this quest, you will need to defeat Elder Jinchi, a boss that will feel quite similar to the Wandering Wight in many ways. This boss alone has plenty of little minions to call upon to spice things up.
Generally speaking, the attacks Jinchi has access to will mirror those of the Wandering Wight, with head-slam attacks if you attack them head-on, and a series of devastating AOE attacks when ranged. Of the two, it’s definitely easier to stay close to this boss and try to stay behind him to avoid getting headbutted.
However, we should mention that it is much more agile than the Wandering Wight and will use a series of sweeping and stomping attacks that will force you to react with precise dodges. They’re usually not too difficult to dodge, but it does mean you can’t flee to safety when the going gets tough, as this big-headed beast can follow you.
The minions around the temple will also come into play during this fight. They will use these minions in two ways. Throughout the fight, they will make them gather at your position and explode like little walking time bombs. You can attack them as they converge on you, or you can dodge the spin to safety.
Then, when Jinchi reaches 50% health, he will rise into the air and have the minions flock towards him. Every time a minion gets close to him, he will absorb energy from them and heal, so the goal during this part of the battle is to run around the battlefield and prevent any of them from getting close to him.
The only other attack you really need to worry about is the charged beam attack. This is telegraphed when he absorbs the energy of all the minions on the field in an orange glow and then fires a beam of energy in your direction. This can be dodged by going left or right, and you’ll have to be good at avoiding it as it has one-shot potential.
The key to success here is to use charged attacks to throw them off balance when possible, master dodging when they use orange beams and pulse attacks, and use the minions to your advantage since killing them also heals you.
Rewards for completing this mission
After defeating Jinchi, you will be transported back to the Third Bell location. and when you examine the Yao Guai hanging on the treeYou will receive a very useful reward. Here is a complete list of the rewards for completing this quest:
-
Willpower 2000x
-
fireproof blanket
He The fire blanket is an awesome item to get before heading to the summit to fight the black bear Guai.as this boss has a very difficult second half of his fight where he will use a lot of flame-based attacks, and the Fire Cloak allows you to become temporarily immune to all burn buildup, making it an ideal item. to lead to the grand finale of the chapter.
