Educational qualification

Head

  • Qualification: Full-time Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline, or a science graduate with an MCA from a university or institute recognized by the Government of India or its regulatory bodies. Additional qualifications in data science or data analytics are desirable.

Dy. Technology Director

  • Qualification: Full-time Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline, or a science graduate with an MCA from a university or institute recognized by the Government of India or its regulatory bodies.

Data Protection Officer (DPO)

  • Qualification: Graduation or equivalent.
  • Desired Qualifications: Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) (CIPP-Europe/CIPP-Asia), Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), Information Privacy Fellow (FIP), Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT ), Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE), PECB Certified Data Protection Officer (CDPO), Certified in Data Protection (CDP), ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, CISM, CISA, etc.

Salary scale

Annual CTC (approx.):

The annual CTC (cost to the company) will be linked to the market and will be determined based on factors such as experience and level of seniority. The remuneration package includes fixed and variable components, subject to applicable taxes and legal deductions.

Consolidated compensation, which reflects experience and level of seniority, is provided annually and will be reviewed periodically. CTC covers all forms of compensation, including allowances, benefits and bonuses, whether paid as a lump sum, monthly, periodically or annually, except as specified in separate terms and conditions.

Place of publication

Mumbai / Navi Mumbai Bank reserves the right to advertise a candidate as per the requirements of the bank. Candidates are likely to be sent to Mumbai; However, the Bank reserves the right to send them to any Bank office or any location as per the Bank’s requirements.

Selection procedure

  • Preliminary evaluation: Initially, candidates will be screened and shortlisted based on the eligibility criteria, qualifications and experience provided in their applications.

  • Provisional Candidacy: The candidacy, after preliminary selection and without documentary verification, will be provisional. The final confirmation will depend on verification of all the details and documents with the originals when the candidate appears for the Personal Interview (PI), if he is invited.

  • Additional selection: Only those candidates who are shortlisted, qualify in the PI and rank high enough in the merit list will proceed to the next stages of the selection process.

  • Interview details: The center, address, time and date of the interview will be communicated to the shortlisted candidates by email or invitation letter. Candidates must attend the interview at their own expense. Requests to change center, date or time will not be accepted. The Bank reserves the right to modify or cancel the interview schedule, location or location, and may conduct additional selection processes as necessary. Any changes will be announced on the Bank’s website and/or sent to the candidate’s registered email.

  • Selection basis: The selection will be made based on the grades obtained in the PI. The Bank may adjust the selection process depending on the number of suitable candidates.

  • Final selection: Final selection will depend on performance in IP, rank in merit list, medical fitness as per Bank standards and fulfillment of eligibility criteria as on the cut-off date.

  • Tie-breaker: If multiple candidates meet the cut-off scores, they will be ranked based on age, with older candidates ranked higher.

  • Interview call: The Bank reserves the right to invite only a necessary number of candidates for interview based on a preliminary shortlist, considering their experience and qualifications.

Required documents

i) A printed copy of the original and current Interview Call Letter.

ii) Proof of photo identification as specified in point 7 below.

iii) Original mark sheets and provisional/degree certificates of educational qualifications.

  • For previous employers: relief letters and experience certificates.
  • For Current Employer: Certificate of Experience, Offer Letters and Payment or Salary Receipts, clearly indicating the date of incorporation and release of each employer, as well as the functional area of ​​experience.
  • Required Details: Experience certificates or testimonials must specify the joining date, relief date, designation at the time of joining, and any promotions with designations. If these details are missing, a certificate of authentic experience is required, detailing the functional area of ​​experience and duration. Any adverse comments or misconduct from previous employers will disqualify the candidate and cancel their application.

v) Candidates currently employed in government or quasi-government offices, public sector undertakings (including nationalized banks and financial institutions) are required to provide a “No Objection Certificate” from their employer at the time of joining the Bank. Without this certificate, your candidacy will not be considered.

vi) Candidates who do not submit the required eligibility documents will not be allowed to attend the interview.
