Gear 5 is one of the strongest powers Luffy has ever awakened. one piece. In fact, Luffy himself mentions that Gear 5 is the pinnacle of his abilities, and the display he’s put on over the years certainly proves it.

Gear 5 is an absolutely incredible power that greatly increases Luffy’s strength and allows him to do things that would otherwise be considered impossible. While Luffy hasn’t fought many fights with Gear 5 at this point, he’s already done enough to leave fans absolutely stunned by his incredible accomplishments and feats.

These two fought in the Egghead Island Arc of one pieceand it became clear to fans that Luffy did not recognize him as a threat. His strength is so much greater than Lucci’s that just a few hits from him were enough to take him down, and the fact that Zoro fought so hard against this beastly Cipher Pol agent shows just how strong Luffy is.

Defeat Kizaru in a weaker state

Defeating an admiral is a massive feat for anyone, and the standards are no different for Luffy. Using the power of Gear 5, he fought Kizaru on Egghead Island, and fans clearly saw that he was far superior.

In fact, Luffy wasn’t even doing his best in the battle against Kizaru and was in a weakened state to begin with. Still, he was able to fight him and finally, at the last moment, defeat him, completely knocking him out for 10 minutes.

On Egghead Island, Luffy engaged in many exciting battles using the power of Gear 5, and his clash with Saturn was certainly an incredible show of strength. Saturn is one of the Five Elders and an individual that no one can easily defeat. However, Luffy overpowered him again and again, and towards the end, he combined with Bonney to tear him to pieces.

Thanks to his regeneration ability, Saturn survived, but in almost every other way, Luffy completely destroyed him, which is an incredible feat of strength.

Facing both Kizaru and Saturn

If facing off against an admiral isn’t enough, then fans should consider the fact that Luffy faced not only Kizaru but also Saturn at the same time. Holding one in each of his hands, Luffy mastered them both and turned them into paper-thin pizzas.

He then sent them flying, essentially knocking Kizaru out of the battle, while Saturn returned to fight him. Still, the fact that Luffy can overpower two powerful individuals at the same time proves that he truly is an elite fighter in the world of One Piece.

Taking the Thunder Bagua Haki from Kaido’s Strongest Conqueror

While Luffy has no shortage of offensive feats, he also has some incredible feats when it comes to defense and stamina. For example, in the battle against Kaido, he was able to withstand several of the Conqueror’s Haki hits from him. These included techniques such as Ragnaraku, Thunder Bagua, Destroyer of Death Thunder Bagua, Thunder Bellow Bagua, and many other techniques.

It must be remembered that before Gear 5, a clean hit from these techniques was enough to kill Luffy. Now, with the power of Gear 5, Luffy was seen taking multiple of these hits and continuing to face the battle, despite being on his last legs.

Kaido was the strongest creature in one piece, and defeating him is a magnificent feat for anyone. In his battle against Luffy, Kaido was dominant for the vast majority, but, after Luffy awakened Gear 5, this battle was more even. In the end, Luffy was able to defeat Kaido by creating an island-sized fist and covering it with Conqueror’s and Armament Haki.

Using this incredible power of Gear 5, Luffy was able to hit Kaido with this fist, completely decimating him in battle and potentially even killing him. This is still the strongest attack fans have seen in One piece.

By far, Luffy’s greatest feat in the story is being able to turn anything he imagines into reality. Luffy has the most ridiculous power that exists in the world of One Piece, and this ability is limited only by his imagination. As long as he can imagine things, he can make them come true.

This is Luffy’s greatest strength and complements his character perfectly. He has turned imagination into reality on many occasions, both in Egghead and Wano. Without a doubt, this is his greatest feat to date.
