- Preference will be given to candidates having 1-2 years of experience in Banking, Finance, Institutions and NBFCs.
IT Officer:
- Graduate in Computer Science/Information Technology/Cybersecurity/Electronics/Electronics and Telecommunications/Electronics and Communication/Electronics and Instrumentation with minimum grades of 60%.
- Postgraduate in Electronics/ Electronics and Telecommunications/ Electronics and Communication/ Electronics and Instrumentation/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/Computer Applications with minimum grades of 60%.
- Work experience in projects related to banks, financial institutions and financial institutions.
Manager-IT Officer:
- Engineering/Technology 4 years in Computer Science/Computer Applications/Information Technologies/ Electronics/ Electronics and Telecommunications/ Electronics and Communication/ Electronics and Instrumentation.
- Postgraduate in Electronics/ Electronics and Telecommunications/ Electronics and Communication/ Electronics and Instrumentation with minimum grades of 60%.
- Work experience in projects related to banks, financial institutions and financial institutions. Preference will be given to candidates with work knowledge and certification in Comp TIA CySA+ (Cyber Security Analyst), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC), GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), Professional certificate in offensive security (OSCP), Diploma in Cybersecurity/Cyberforensics.
Public Accountant:
- The candidate must be an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) / Associate Chartered Accountant (FCA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
- Minimum post-professional qualification experience of -2 years working as CA in Banks, NBFC and FI units. Preference will be given to candidates who have JAIIB/CAIIB certifications.

- Probationary Officer (PO) in Officer Grade/Scale-I, candidates must be between 21 and 32 years of age as on July 31, 2024.
- IT Officer (Cyber Security) Officer Grade/Scale-I also requires candidates to be between 21 and 32 years of age.
- Manager-IT (Cybersecurity) in Officers Grade/Scale-II, the age range is between 25 and 35 years.

- Probationary Officer (PO) and IT Officer (Cyber Security), pay scale is Grade/Scale I, starting from Rs. 48,480 to Rs. 85,920, with increments of Rs. 2,000 for the first seven years, followed by Rs. 2,340 for two years, and then Rs. 2,680 for the next seven years. In addition, dearness allowances and other applicable allowances are provided.
- IT Manager (Cyber Security) and Chartered Accountant (CA), pay scale is Grade/Scale II, starting from Rs. 64,820 and progressing to Rs. 93,960, with increments of Rs. 2,340 during the first year, Rs. 2,680 for the next ten years. As with the other positions, dearness allowances and other applicable allowances are also provided.
Selection Process for Nainital Bank Recruitment 2024
- Candidates who pass the online written test will be called for an interview.
- Upon selection of candidates on the basis of written test and online interview, appointment letters will be issued to join as management trainee or administrative team, as the case may be, subject to them being medically fit for the assignment.
