Salary
The salary and benefits are:
- Payment Scale: Candidates will be placed in the pay scale of ₹40,000 – 3% – ₹140,000 during the training period of one year.
- Basic payment: The basic salary during the training period will be ₹40,000.
- Regularization: On successful completion of the training and meeting the minimum standards, candidates will be regularized as Officers with a basic salary of ₹41,200.
- Additional assignments: Candidates will be provided industrial cost allowance, company house/accommodation rent subsidy and other benefits and subsidies such as leave, medical facilities, performance related pay, contributory provident fund, gratuity, retirement fund scheme. contributory retirement benefits and group personal accident insurance according to company rules.
Eligibility
Age limit
The age limit for NFL Recruitment 2024 for Management Trainee Vacancy is set between 18 and 27 years. Qualification

Candidates with higher technical/professional qualifications in the relevant field/discipline will also be eligible if they possess the specified minimum educational qualification.
Departmental Candidate Eligibility:
NFL employees, called departmental candidates, who have earned their degree/diploma through correspondence/part-time courses with at least 50% marks, with prior permission from management, are eligible to apply.
Qualification Equivalence:
Claims for possessing equivalent educational qualifications will not be accepted; The NFL’s decision in this matter will be final.
CGPA/OGPA conversion:
Candidates with CGPA/OGPA or letter grades must convert them into equivalent percentages as per university/institute norms. They must provide conversion rules or a copy of the same during document verification.
Specialization Certificates:
Candidates with PG degree/diploma are required to submit certificates specifying their specialization in the relevant field; Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
Completion of education:

Conflict resolution:
