You cannot prepare meals in Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom how could you in Breath of the Wild/Tears of the Kingdom. Instead, you have smoothies: refreshing drinks that restore your health and sometimes give you temporary benefits. In Echoes of wisdomyou can accept the message “Recipes, please!” Side quest, which requires you to create a total of 30 recipes.

How to unlock
In Hyrule, you will find smoothie shops run by Business Scrubs. Talk to one and you can give him the Business Scrub ingredients to combine into a smoothie. you will need two ingredients and 10 rupees to make a smoothie. If you go to the Business Scrub near Crossflow Plaza, you’ll need to complete a side quest before the store formally opens.
After making your first smoothie, you’ll be given the “Recipes Please!” secondary mission. This side quest is divided into two parts. For part 1, you will need to make 10 different smoothie recipes; Part 2 requires 20 more, for a total of 30 shakes. You will receive a reward after you have created 10, but the quest will not be marked as complete until you have done all 30. Also, please note that every recipe has to be new. You can’t just make 10 of the same smoothie; only 1 of those 10 will count.
Recipes can be viewed by tapping the Y button in the shop’s smoothie-making menu.

You will always need two ingredients to make smoothies. You can combine two of the same ingredients or you can mix and match. To complete Recipes Please!, you will need a variety of ingredients. Most ingredients can be collected around Hyrule or by completing side quests. You can even find some in chests in caves. When you choose the ingredients, you will see a preview of the smoothie you will make. If it is grayed out with a question mark, then it has not been added to your recipe list.

Survey Scope and Survey Binoculars
After the first 10, you will receive a Scope of the survey. This is a passive item that will increase the chances of enemies dropping ingredients and Monster Stones. When you complete 20 recipes/part 2, you will get the Survey Binoculars. The binoculars will replace the scope in your inventory.
