Red Dead Redemption 2 player discovers surprising Dutch detail after 700 hours
An eagle-eyed online Red Dead Redemption 2 fan spots a surprising Dutch detail after more than 700 hours of gameplay, sparking some interesting theories.
Content creator and Reddit user Blurbss shared a short GIF compiling some of the funniest moments they experienced, in addition to a longer video. The cutscenes are fun and the effect affects NPCs both in the game and in the cutscenes. As a result, both common and important moments don’t work as they should when NPCs are drunk. In the lounge, Lenny falls straight out of his chair when he’s supposed to be starting to drink with Arthur, while a lady who’s supposed to help with the bath is too busy vomiting on the floor to do anything else. Meanwhile, a variety of NPCs can be seen falling while trying to open doors and falling off cliffs due to vomiting. Possibly the funniest sights, however, are little Jack Marston falling flat on his face and Dutch stumbling backwards through a scene until he falls out of shot.
Red Dead Redemption 2 players react to drunk mod
As expected, fans of the game find this mod very fun. Several made jokes, such as how the fancy bathroom is only fancy because the lady doesn’t throw up in the tub, while others mused that it was made even funnier because Arthur was the only non-drunk person around. Several fans wanted to play the mod for themselves, but at the moment, it seems that the mod is not available to the public. Fortunately, this is not the only fun mod for Red Dead Redemption 2so that players who want to inject a little madness into their game can still have fun.
While the modding scene for Red Dead Redemption 2 is already quite strong, it will be interesting to see what happens with its predecessor. Red Dead Redemption is finally released for PC, and avid modders are sure to tackle it just as they did the sequel. If the original RDR gets a completely drunk mod, however, remains to be seen.
