Resolve the debate: DC or Marvel?
It’s difficult and there are a lot of arguments on both sides. I don’t have much experience with comics themselves, although I have read a few, but I have immersed myself in almost every Marvel and DC movie and video game I could get my hands on. At first, I thought Marvel was miles ahead of DC in the cinematic world, but DC was producing much better games, particularly around the time of the Batman: Akrham series. However, Marvel has improved the quality of its games quite a bit lately, and not just with the Spider-Man series. I thought Midnight Suns was brilliant, even for someone who doesn’t play many turn-based games, and they could really tip the scales in their favor if they can pull off upcoming titles like Wolverine. From my point of view, Marvel has more to offer me, so I tend to side with them.
The angrier the Hulk gets, the more powerful he becomes, turning him into an unstoppable brute. In his basic form, there aren’t many heroes or villains who can effectively challenge the Hulk. With added powers, he becomes unbeatable and capable of destroying worlds. Here are 5 of the most incredibly powerful versions of the Hulk.

Starship
Bruce piloting the Hulk
-
Alias: The Smashtronaut
-
Why this version is solid: increase
A rare intelligent version of the Hulk that has some similarities to the type of Hulk manifestations that maintain Bruce Banner’s intellect, such as Professor Hulk, as seen in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Starship Hulk sees Bruce Banner having discovered how to cybernetically alter his Hulk form.
In a way, the beast that is this version of the Hulk could be considered a ship or a spaceship, hence the name Starship. Since Bruce Banner controls the Hulk from inside his head, his physical form exists within her and pilots the form. Although it is a very strange and unorthodox procedure, as was drawn attention in certain issues of comics, this is undoubtedly a very powerful version of the Hulk. Starship Hulk had all the strength of a high-level Hulk iteration while he maintained a level of intellect and sanity.
He has been shown to be able to tear through many Hulkbusters, was unaffected by the simultaneous repulsor blasts these dangerous missions sent his way, and was able to regenerate quickly after having his arm torn off. It’s clear why fans jokingly labeled this version ‘The Smashtronaut’ in online respect threads.

world breaker
A vengeful beast
-
Alias: World War Hulk

Why this version is powerful: Radiation enhancement
One of the most famous versions of the Hulk and, of course, one of the most powerful and threatening. Worldbreaker Hulk is one of the strongest Hulks physically and has been said to possess the intelligence of a warrior, and the ‘Awesome Hulk Wiki’ states that he is one of the most dominant versions of the Hulk ever seen.
A team of Marvel’s most intelligent and ruthless heroes, the Illuminati, had sent the Hulk off the planet. With the anger of his banishment and the death of a pregnant wife fueling him, the Hulk would become stronger than ever after absorbing the radiation levels of Planet Sakaar during his banishment off the planet. He returned to Earth with a vengeance.
After befriending a series of comrades he had made during that time known as the Warbound, Worldbreaker Hulk returns with plans to harm the Illuminati, using his enhanced powers to take revenge on all who wronged him. The result was a rampage like no other, with a host of heroes like Black Bolt, Dr. Strange, Iron Man, and Namor the Sub-Mariner killed, painfully defeated, or barely saved.

Titan
An angry evolution
-
Alias: Hulk from Hulk
-
Why this version is solid: an additional transformation
As we all know, when Bruce Banner gets angry, he turns into the Hulk. What is less known is that when Hulk gets angry, he turns into Titan Hulk, an upgraded version of Hulk if there ever was one. An unstoppable agent of pure carnage and chaos. Among the largest versions of the Hulk in existence, the toothed beast that is Titan Hulk is powerful due to his size and appearance alone.
It is a creature fueled by unbridled explosive rage with glowing eyes that indicate its power. She glows with an overall red energy and is notable for being one of the few versions of the Hulk that has no hair. Titan Hulk makes the standard version of the Incredible Hulk seem meek, his main goal in life is to destroy and harm as much as possible. He has the Hulk’s superhuman strength, superhuman speed, and gamma dispersion, a power that allows him to distribute radiation from his body.

Captain America 4’s Red Hulk could be seeing a change to his origin story, and Marvel wants to keep audiences on their toes.
It’s not just his abilities that make him a more dangerous and therefore more powerful Hulk. Titan Hulk is also among the most sadistic and deceptive of the Hulks, able to disguise himself and enjoy the destruction he causes.

Immortal
The Eternal Hulk
-
Alias: Hulk Rebirth
-
Why this version is strong: immortality
The name itself tells you how powerful Hulk is. And as the name suggests, this Hulk is incapable of dying. This Hulk is truly immortal, in the sense that he is literally incapable of being truly killed. This Hulk came to life when it was revealed that the superhuman abilities of all Hulk-like beings involved with gamma radiation came from The One Below All, an entity that was at one time considered Marvel’s Cosmic Satanic God.

Why Hulk Might Be Marvel Rivals’ Most Unique Hero
The Hulk is one of Marvel’s most famous heroes and seems to be on his way to becoming Marvel Rivals’ most unique hero as well.
If Banner suffers any injury at dusk, Immortal Hulk will emerge, as the transformation only occurs at night. That doesn’t stop him from being an absolute powerhouse. Immortal Hulk’s variety of abilities include the ability to drain the gamma energy of similar beings. He can also emit a giant gamma blast powerful enough to destroy entities as strong as Dormammu. Immortal Hulk’s abilities range from standard Hulk powers to highly advanced gamma utilization techniques and downright bizarre things, such as the ability to detect liars, as mentioned in the Hulk wiki.
If he were simply immortal, that would already make Hulk one of the strongest. But the additional abilities solidify his place on the list.
1
world breaker
The last planet destroyer
-
Alias: God Hulk
-
Why this version is strong: soul possession
An immensely potent and powerful Hulk that could be described as the enhanced version of the Immortal Hulk. The image of a glowing Hulk, floating in the space between planets with glowing green energy protruding from his eyes shows the power levels being discussed here. With this Hulk, The One Below All freed him from his soul and possessed him in his place. A possession that caused unprecedented chaos even for the most powerful and destructive of the Hulks.
Some of the Marvel universe’s most powerful survivors, such as Galactus, Mister Immortal, and Franklin Richards, were killed by this universe’s Hulk. The One Below All’s capture of the Hulk turned him into a being capable of acting like Galactus himself, and his power eclipses even that of the planet-devouring giant. Often labeled as the “God Hulk”, Breaker of World Hulk is capable of destroying planets, universes, and galaxies, and possesses the size and strength necessary to complete such feats.
Not to mention he’s practically immortal. Of all the incarnations of the Hulk in all the universes, you would be hard-pressed to find a more powerful and capable version of the Hulk.
