The scrub you are looking for is Blossu, which lives in the lower right corner of the Faron Wetlands. If you talk to other Scrubs, they will tell Zelda that Blossu is in one of the southern corners of the area, but that the lower left corner of the Faron Wetlands is where Stilled Heart Lake Rift is located, not Blossu’s house.

Head south from Scrubton until you reach the southeasternmost point of the Faron Wetlands (and the farthest bottom right point on the world map). A cutscene will begin as you approach the group of Deku Scrubs in front of the rift.

Blossu, the Deku Scrub with a cute flower on her head, will complain that no one listens to her warnings about the Rift. Ask for her membership card, then continue into the Stilled World version of Blossu’s House and gather Tri’s five friends to seal it.

After exiting the Rift, the Deku Scrubs outside will call Zelda “MONSTER!” to get rid of Cotton Candy: after fading to black, we find our heroine in jail, in Deku Scrub Lockup.

Your Tri Rod will be taken from you after entering this special area, and your goal is to retrieve it and escape the complex.

In the first room, use the Bind ability (because you still have Tri by your side) to grab the key that drops the Deku Scrub Guard. Pull it behind the bars, release it, and pick it up to open all the doors in the Deku Scrub Lockup subarea, including your cell door.

Exit your cell and then go down the stairs on the left. The staircase on the right is for later, and the door leading outside will immediately alert the guards when Zelda exits.

You will enter the first of two stealth sections of Deku Scrub Lockup in Echoes of wisdombut since you don’t have Tri Rod or Echoes, it’s a bit complicated. Luckily, the Deku Scrub Guards are pretty dumb and have very simple patterns that are easy to avoid.

  • For the first Deku Scrub patrolling at the top of the screen, walk to the left and pick up the box at the bottom of the screen. Place it behind you, then pick up the next one and continue left to avoid running into the Guard entirely.

  • The second Deku Scrub is stationary but rotates clockwise, changing its field of vision. Wait for him to turn left and then run to the back of the room. Walk to the left and wait for it to turn right, then run to the top of the room.

  • The third and fourth Deku Scrubs are also still and spinning, but in opposite directions in the middle of an open room. Wait for them both to look up and down the room, then run behind the boxes at the bottom right. Then wait for the guards to look left and right and run to the left side of the room to avoid their gaze.

At the end of the room, go down the stairs and open the door in front of the bushes in the middle of the room. Go down the ramp and secure a bed above you, then carefully go back up the ramp to raise the bed above the cell door.

Take it to the far right ledge, along with a table using the same method, to enter the room at the far right of this hallway.

Use your Bind ability to move the bushes in the middle of this hallway and reveal an entrance to another room. Enter this room and move the furniture in the room with your Bind ability to reach the top of the totems and collect a Heart Piece. The Frog Ring can be exceptionally useful here because you can’t use your best Echoes to get to the top.

In this room you will meet the Deku Scrub who stole Zelda’s Tri Rod to eat Cotton Candy. Complete the dialogue to get your Rod back, then press the blue eye trigger to open the door at the top of the room.

Enter this door to return to the room with your cell phone. This time, enter the door on the right side to reach the second stealth section. Because you now have access to your Echoes, this stealth section is much easier.

Summon three water blocks next to the wall to your right and climb onto it. Use a bed or Flying Tile Echo to cross the small gap at the top of the room, then use a Flying Tile to fly directly to the end of the second stealth section of Deku Shrub Lockup. Enter the shaft at the end to reach an underwater side-scrolling section.

Weigh the boxes or break them in the Swordfighter shape to enter the pool. Lift the boxes out of the way as you surface (or destroy them again), then defeat the two Hydrozol as you continue to the right.

Use the Flying Tile Echo once more to get over the pool waterfall as you continue to the right, then defeat the Deku Baba with an underwater Bombfish. Use a flying token, then quickly join it and follow it with the R button to get through the downdraft and escape the blockade.

After leaving, Blossu will initiate another dialogue with Zelda, resulting in her giving Zelda her membership card. With the membership card in your possession, Zelda can continue to the Sweet Spot and seal the rift in Faron’s Temple, the fifth dungeon of Echoes of wisdom.
